When your wall comes crumbling down.

There is no hope of rebuilding it.

Each piece takes too long

to stack

and others are cracked too deep

to fix.

That wall is gone…

forever.

Without it you're a vulnerable
child

hiding under the blankets.

No longer secured by that
impenetrable force.

All because you let them in.

You never let them in.
