Sunshine In a Cup
Bring me the sunshine in a cup
Bring me some knock-knock jokes
And a whole lot of luck
Bring me smiles in a bucket
We’ll turn them into books
Make brushstrokes of giggles
With the laughter we took
Let’s find lucky rocks on the beach
And lose them in our rooms,
Let’s drop in on a wedding,
And say good-luck to the groom
We can talk about old times
Although we’re too young to say
We can reminisce on our past lives
Or lie in the grass, silent all day
