If I were to like you, I'd runaway.
If your presence excited my heart, I'd scoff and call myself stupid.
If your touch sent chills down my spine, I'd push you away.
If your expression pleased my eyes, I'd look the other way.
If your kiss tasted like anything more than just a good time, I'd kiss someone else.
If you told me you liked me, I'd call you a liar.
Feelings and emotions are things I truly fear.
Hopes and dreams are things I cannot feel.
I run from them as I'll run from you.
