Depression
Depression is the indigo of the ocean,
deep and dark.
It is unpredictable, with anguish and pain striking out, randomly, against others.
It has the taste of pain, deep internal pain…
Depression is cruelty, to one self and others.
It is a thunder and lightening rainstorm,
in which the mind races on.
It is the sobbing of a young girl,
quiet and painful…
Depression is sometime sadistic,
in which you ravish and savor others’ pain, at your expense.
It is like rain, against a window; silent and salty tears running down the young girl’s face.
It is a dam, a wall blocking all feelings of happiness, while letting the pain build up.
Soon it becomes a lovely budding rose,
in which turns into a beautiful flower…
Happiness replacing the depression, like a rainbow after a rainstorm…
