Wolf and Sheep
On the border of forest and field, shrouded in bitter cold.
The sheep gazed, waiting,
For the inevitable evil.
Set in their ways,
Ruled by instinct, the many acres of
Woodland, fields and mountains—bustled with its chilled
Struggle through life.
Waiting for peace by
Tooth or claw, the clouds of white innocence are watched.
Either by god's eye or the eyes of a wolf.
