Ode to Rabbit Hunting

Rabbits are so furry and cute,
When my beagles chase you I shoot.
Through the thickets you run,
But you never can beat my gun.
You run through the forests and the fields,
But my beagles are always on your heels.
You make my beagles get all bloody,
Don’t worry your life will end soon buddy.
Rabbit hunting is my life,
I skin you with my knife.
Your meat is so sweet,
It is really hard to beat.
I like to cook rabbit in a pan,
I like to share you with Dan.
I see a rabbit on the run,
Someone get my gun.
