Since Before We Met
Even before we met they said we'd be a cute couple
"Haha" we said, I didn't believe it
And love at first sight what a myth
Distance what a breaker
I shut my eyes tight, locked my heart
Put defences up, build walls around my cold soul
But without knowing
You opened my eyes, found the key to my heart
You put down my defences, destroyed to walls with one smile
My soul melted at the sound of your voice
You light a fire in me at the mention of your name
Now it all came tumbling down, thought I'd resist
Thought I was struggling enough, but I was weak
I need your love, you healed my scars with your laugh
I caught the love disease, but I love it
Everything about it, the pain and the joy
Cupid shot it's arrow, didn't miss it's shot
Flushed cheeks, cold sweat, weak knees
The butterflies, hearts racing, craving this love of yours
Now distance is just a word,
Love at first sight a belief
But I know I'm just one in another
But you're the one and only
That'll never leave my heart
