Weeping Willow
They say she cries when the wind blows that you can hear her
I think she smiles and when the sun shines you truly see her
She curves and she bends under the weight of her own imagination
She makes beautiful winding branches of her own creation
They say she weeps for her long-lost love
I think you've got her wrong because on her branches sits a dove
She dreams and laughs, feels like any other
When the rain falls hard she is your cover
She does not cry she smiles
She does not weep she relaxes
My dear Willow tree I love you
