It's Dark
In a dark world filled with evil, there lived a little girl
Her heart was old and worn like this desolate forsaken world
She was old as dirt and looked like Death
She dreamt of breathing her last breath
In all that darkness in the deep recesses of her house
Where it was locked so tightly there was no room even for a mouse
She kept to herself the only light left, the only thing that kept her hope
A little white box containing her life's rope
But when the other jealous and filled with rage found it they cut the rope with a blunt blade
Once the deed was done the perpretrator took off their mask and facade
It was her own mother snuffing out her light
And with one last smile the girl gave up the fight for her life
