Testing: Day 1
I march to my
inevitable doom
as I find the papers
with my label on it.
I sit.
I am now trapped.
Disconnected from the world.
Imprisoned out
by three white walls
and the
cold,
brown,
metal
chair.
Then, I pull out a paper.
A connection to the world lost
where I am more than just
graphite in circles.
I fold the paper
into a bird. A crane.
It is my freedom
represented as an animal.
I pick it up and let it go.
It catches a drift
and soars to eternity.
