A Book

You might think that a book
is just paper with writing.
But it’s more than that,
it’s passion,
it’s love,
it’s sadness,
it’s all this and more.
Even if it’s old and torn,
and you can't see some of the words
because people have used it over the years,
it’s still what it was when it was young.
It’s still got all those feelings inside,
it’s still got it all tucked in, just waiting to burst out at you again.
So you see a book is more than just a book.
