Chamber
the world comes rushing in
through fissures and flaws
in my carefully constructed disguise,
as water, seeping into a
chamber.
my dark chamber is filling,
no longer half full,
but half empty,
quarter empty.
fractional representation of decay
Lambda, half-life,
drowning in excess.
further into the surreal tableau I sink,
the molasses of an estranged outside world's
unwelcome imposition
I've been exposed.
I CRUMBLE
I FLAKE
I MELT
