I am between ages
And between stages.
I don't know what I want.
Sometimes I feel so gaunt-
Without a purpose, without a mission.
But you will not scare me into submission.
These days, they only get longer
Beating, pounding, making me stronger.
I hear a voice within my mind
Whose voice is that, is it mine?
Am I crazy, am I mad?
What if I lose all I had?
What will I do, where will I go?
I'll just be lost, I guess, I don't really know.
