The Wild Never Sleeps

Through the day the wild is full of life,
The squirrels are jumping through the trees,
The bears are growling at the bees,
The birds they sing a merry song,
This goes on all day long,
You’d think at night it all would stop, but no it does not.
At night many creatures come out to play, the daytime is now hidden away,
The foxes dance in the light of the moon,
The owls start their own little tune,
The tiny mice scurry to and throw,
Hiding from predators under the hedgerow.
The Wild Never Sleeps.
