I was always an unusual girl.
My mother told me I had a chameleon soul, no moral compass pointing due north, no fixed personality; just an inner indecisiveness that was as wide and as wavering as the ocean...
And if I said I didn't plan for it to turn out this way I'd be lying...
Because I was born to be the other woman.
Who belonged to no one, who belonged to everyone.
Who had nothing, who wanted everything, with a fire for every experience and an obsession for freedom that terrified me to the point that I couldn't even talk about it, and pushed me to a nomadic point of madness that both dazzled and dizzied me.

"What is a dream?
You've asked me so many times
And I'm sorry that I never answered
But the truth is, I didn't know
A dream can exist as many things

It is something that you've aspired
For as long as you can remember
It is that of what you hope for

A dream can be as simple
As the many dancing images
That travel through your head at night

It can be an important message
That you receive through
Those very same dancing images

Maybe a dream
Is what you are when you die
Gracefully floating through
Every part of space and time

Or maybe a dream
Is simply a metaphor
Just like you, dear
You are my dream

But when you truly,
Deeply think about it
It isn't as insane as it seems
A dream is simply
Anything you dream it to be
