Who We Are

I am who I am,
And then there's you.
No one can judge us,
Based on what we do.
A smile for a smile,
A hand in hand.
We love what we love,
From shirts to sports to a band.
Nothing makes us different,
Not you, them, or I.
It matters in our heart.
The words we let fly.
So I'll ask you this,
One final thing.
Don't hold your feelings back,
Just let your heart sing.
Stand up for yourself!
Never give in!
Because if you are who you are,
You'll never let them win!
