Filled to the Brim
In her smile,
there was hope.
Thousands of seconds
filled with hope.
In her laugh,
if you listened close enough,
you could hear the crickets chirping
and the waves crashing on the shore.
In her eyes,
there were Sunday Afternoons,
running through sprinklers
and jumping into pools fully clothed.
In her voice,
you could hear acoustic guitars playing
sweet songs of bliss.
In the way she moved,
you could see peace.
Peace in fluttering eyes and smiles of joy.
You could feel the kindness filling her heart up to the brim.
She had the kind of blue eyes that sent chills running down your back.
The kind of blue eyes that had cool, icy oceans
splashing around inside them.
She had the kind of blue eyes I could go on for hours about.
