My wallet
My wallet, my last memoir of him.
I’ve had it when with me for the past seven years.
I carry a piece of him of everywhere I go.
Passed down for three generations
Everywhere I go with this wallet I know hes with me.
Comfort
I feel this when I think of him because I know he and my grandma are watching over me day by day.
At peace
Ever since he left us, I’ve had this mind set, knowing he is in a better place now.
I miss being with him and playing baseball in his backyard as a young boy.
I miss having him and my grandma at my birthdays
I’ll join you someday, Grandpa.
