It can force you to remember.
It can aid you to forget.
It can make you smile forever.
It can make you frown, you bet.

The emotion it brings never lasts.
The time it takes is but minutes.
The voices in your head it casts.
The places it goes are without limits.

You have no choice but to let it be king,
Along with its rhythms and rhymes you sing,
But it doesn't matter what it will bring,
Because we love music. It's a curious thing.
