No Judgements
To that silent girl in class…
Speak up!
I will not judge you like a jury at a trial.
To that boy who sits alone at lunch like a lone wolf…
Reach out!
I will not judge you.
To those kids that feel you’d rather die than live another day
Get help!
I will not judge you…
Why?
Because once upon a time…
I was you.
I was…
afraid to speak,
afraid to reach out to others,
and worst of all…
afraid to live another day in pain
Now though…
I’m not afraid.
I have found myself again.
And I promise you,
you will too
Strength comes from pain.
And even if it takes some time,
you’ll get better
as well as grow into the person you were meant to be.

This piece is pretty personal. I was inspired to write this because of my own personal experinces, which are kind of allured to in the poem, and how I over came those things. I hope that they people who see this article, especially those in a situation as I was, will feel a bit better about themselves at least and try to get back to themselves. Hopefully they can do it quicker than I did.
