Internal
It slinks, waiting in the corner
Larger than life it seems to be
Small, yet my biggest enemy
Hidden in the corners
In the shadows
Where it feeds
Reaching and grasping, sticky fingers find me
Hidden, afraid, no one can help me
Fighting a demon
Growing stronger as I scream
Trapped inside me
Face to face
My own worst enemy
