Forgot My Towel
Tragedy is like getting out of the shower naked
only to realize
you've forgotten your towel:
vulnerable,
unexpected,
devastating.
So when someone is gracious enough
to wrap you in a robe
just when you thought
you'd have to run through the cold,
you wouldn't be able to stop yourself
from loving him again
despite everything that's happened,
would you?
