Floating Away
It was a schoolish doolish mulish day in the bungalow of Roth.
And nice Mr. Scrowiggins was trading his three face watch,
For a nice getaway day in the far off land of Grool
Away from his moma jubbins, and next to a Schewll
“Oh how nice it will be to have fun again”
So he ate the forbidden floating fruit, that no one... NO ONE , ever ate.
But despite the forbiddenness he took a bite, the sweet taste flooding his mouth.
But at first he didn't feel anything, just the fluid running down his throat.
But then His tummy flipped and flopped,
it skipped and it skopped
tripping and tropping,
and then it just dropped like stone.
Then as he belched and squelched
as he prepared for slingiling flight on The Fwoggleing light
He saw something that gave him a frangding fright.
What he saw, was no other than his mama jubbins!
Waiting for him to give him a big brown balubbins
“Oh honey we were Queezled without you” she said with a smile
“But you did this without our permission,
“so you will be Rangdangled for a while!”
So back he went, all down and flumped, he went back to his bungalow,
saddened and stunked,
But tomorrow he thought,
he would eat another bloating lup chump,
and tomorrow he would go on an adventure and float,
up to the sky,
up into space,
then he would PLUMMET
all fun and race

I was studing the way Dr.Seuss writes and how he uses lots of made up words and interesting ideas. My teacher encouraged us that whenever we find a writing style that we like, we should do a writing like it. It didn't have to be big, but I decided to write, and this is what came out.
