No I'm not sad

No I don't hate you

I'm sitting here because I like it

This little world all of my own

It doesn't mean I'm not as interesting

As the ones with all the friends

It means I like to take my time

Many will lose their patience when they try to talk to me

Many will leave when they are only greeted by a quiet, "Hi"

But if you stay around 

No you won't be sorry

Because once I get to know you

I'll never leave your side

I'm loyal to the end like the heroes in my books

I have learned from the best

How to be a good friend
