two sides to every mirror

you called me a staircase
case I let people walk over me
I called you a escalator
cause you take people down slowly
you said i was nothing more than a face
that stuggled in personality
i said you have yet to find your place
in this society
but the words that were spoken
always cause a commotion
cause i'm talking to the mirror
and replying to it makes me broken
