Imprisoned
I seem to be spiraling from reality,
I’m not in control, not me, never will be.
I must be shaded from the light.
Someone is refusing to let me see.
My sanity depends on doing what can’t be done
It depends on seeing what one can’t see
I’m not in control for reasons I keep hidden
I want to spill all my secrets so everyone can see.
But I know I never will get the courage.
I’m stuck in my head. Only seeing what I can see.
