A lesson learned to those that dare
to live there lives without a care

this life is one, this life is here
this life for us is coming near

within this life may come a time
when you may feel you’ve lost your rhyme

but don’t give up, you must hold on
this day is one, and will be gone

let madness run like child’s feet
let fear alone take your defeat

may feel the need to burst and cry
you must stay strong, with one more try

today may feel like such a chore
you sit and wait for something more
