To You
To you who loved another,
The one who shattered minds,
You chose the other,
Now the clock rewinds.
To you who I've loved,
The one who shattered hearts,
You say I'm your beloved,
But I'm still picking up parts.
To you who changed,
The one who loves the same,
I was left estranged,
Now you're with a dame.
To you who were too far,
The one who connected,
We hadn't used a car,
And so we were rejected.
To you who I've chased,
The one from my childhood,
My time was a waste,
You were just no good.
Now there is you,
The one from dreams,
My words are true,
My search it seems,
Has brought me here,
I'm goofy and strange,
But I hope my dear,
You'll help me change.
To Miss A,
You know not now,
But one day,
I'll take a bow.
