burning
every one of your touches
leaves my flesh smoking
broiling
my temper threatens to erupt
flaming
your anger flares and sears my skin
scorching
our interactions light up our souls
like matches against sandpaper
a lightning rod in a storm
one spark away from
an eternal inferno
