Like A Button
Emotions are like a button
You want to continue to push it over and over
Until you have gotten the fullest experience
Your emotions are like an engine
Constantly working and in motion
Not always working correctly and sometimes needing to be repaired
As you grow into an adult your emotions change
For better or worse is decided by you
Your emotions can leave you bruised mentally
Causing you to feel pain and sadness
And your emotions can be like a chorus
Working all in symphony at a beat and rhythm
Leaving you satisfied and ecstatic
Emotions are like a button
