Stalking prey, silent as night.
Intricate movements, trying not to stir
Getting closer, the smell getting stronger
Waiting and waiting, timing is key
An opportunity opens, she takes action
Bolting with unmatched speed, now a chase
The chase ensues, the prey weaving in and out
Trying to escape, death gets closer and closer
A pounce, prey immobilized
A bite to the jugular, the chase ends
