Power to See
Forces are found to protect,
Except more often then not reject,
Flowers were supposed to support,
When really they’re just an object to represent our emotions.
We may cry chocolate,
Or laugh strawberries,
These are powers,
Why don’t we see ourselves this way.
Not everybody can have a way with words,
Not everybody can have a way with animals,
We want to fly,
To breathe under water.
Define super power,
To be special,
To be noticed,
To be given.
