Checkmate
Blocked by the bishop
Who feeds you lies like you are addicted
So you don't trust me
You suckle on the bishop's words
Unable to see reality anymore
Unable to come to me
All because the two faced bishop has lied
Has made me out to be the worthless pawn
When you are the bishop's useless pawn
But...
You stand in front of me
Your soul aching
And not a damn thing these chess pieces can do for you,
Our white queen
And I try to reach out
To take you off of her lies
So that you can see I'm really not the bad guy
But then she digs her claws into you
Under your skin
Piercing your heart,
And taking your mind away
Stripping you of any logic
And I wait so patiently for you to become sick
To puke up her toxins
To soak into me, your white knight
And I will wait to give you all the love you need
So...
Here I am
Waiting on you
While your heart is a mess
And your mind clouded by doubt
Yet I will still wait to help
To the best of my abilities
Fight for you
With my heart set on fire
Waiting to hear,
"I love you like a sister"
I'm still here
Waiting
I'll speak slow to calm you
I can learn to love it all
And none of my courage made you see
The truth of his ugly soul
Especially not now
When we are slowly drowning
And she is pushing me out
My courage can't help you anymore
No matter how much they set my body on fire
And...
I'm fighting her over a game of chess
But it seems I've lost,
And my queen is in checkmate.
I've lost even at my best
Your crown tainted
Your eyes decieved
Lightning crammed down your throat
And your beautiful smile growning crooked when
She tells me, "Checkmate".
Checkmate.
That's it.
Checkmate.

This is like the other half. This isn't specific, but very very intimate into me and my heart and mind. This and the previous poem are the deepest I have written from my heart.
