Without you, I am lost
Life, death, happiness, sorrow
Are all meaningless
Without you to give them luster
I long for our halcyon days
When we stood side by side
Each supporting the other
With love and hope
But those days are gone
Erased from existence
From heart and memory
Forever sacred, forever dead
I am without purpose
A meandering mess
Haplessly, eternally
I long for you
