If My Life Were A Story

This is the part where I stop and say
What do I do now
The part of the story when I turn to the wall
Fall to my knees and sob
The part every reader anticipates
When he pulls me into his arms
Onto his lap and rubs my back
I gush out everything that's ever been wrong
He hugs me and holds me
Promises everything will turn out fine
The part of the story where everything stops
The climax
When bad things reverse and I find
My happy ending
Or at least
Something close to normal
