Angel From God
There was a time
Where all I could see
Was the pain and sadness
Like there was no light at the end of the tunnel
But on day God sent me an angel
Light shone upon my life
I knew God had sent him to me
That angel and its eyes of truth, its voice of reason
For, through his eyes, I finally saw the real me
And I never thought that that angel could be mine
But he still would shine upon my life, guiding my way
But God sent me a blessing and the answer to my prayers
That angel is mine
That angel and its eyes of voice truth? its voice of reason
The only one who can bring me back to my senses
Can calm me down, and stop my writhing pain
That angel with its eyes of truth, its voice of reason
That angel was sent to me by God,
With his halo and his embrace
I'm thankful God sent me an angel
That can forever be mine
