Look Up
People never look up and notice me
As I sit on the windowsill, my legs dangling in the air
Or when I hang from the branch of a tree
People don't look all around
To what surrounds them
They're too busy looking down
Thinking about the hardships life brings
Weighed down by social oppression
They are not free from the chains
Blinding their sight until they look
Only where it is said to be normal
