“Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success,” Henry Ford said. This quote shows ultimate success;how we put our mind to it and achieved what we wanted through time.Our flag brings people together. I love being an American because of my protection, equality, and freedom. 

This thing that waves within every school, every patriotic town, is the American flag.  This flag represents the American way; OUR American way, OUR American history, OUR American feelings.  This American way comes together by the people living in this country.

Our country built this place from the soil that lays beneath our feet, through hardships, from the Great Depression to World War II.  This flag stood tall in our nurtured soil no matter who touched it or who put it there, it,me, us--have fought to keep this flag remaining tall.

This flag means more to me, more to us, more to everyone in this country than just a flag that's waving. The flag means success.   Everyday I see at least one flag and I stand up for all who have died and sacrifice and say those first words, “I pledge allegiance to the flag,” to when I end with “justice and liberty for all,” I know. Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” This is my home.
