A trampoline at noon.
It’s hot outside,
But not hot enough.
I can feel myself breathing.
Taking in large gulps of air.
My body begins to expand,
Stretching to the limit.
Tip toeing on the surface
Then collapsing with a heave.
A heart full of flutters and movement
Blood searching for veins to fill.
A mind with a galaxy tucked away internally.
Exhileration.
