Holiday Hate

It's that time a year again
The time of year of giving and rejoicing
The time of receiving and holiday cheer
But to me it's a trap, a trap of hoplessness and self hate
A time of depressin and loneliness
It brings back so many memories
Memories of death, memories of what happened that cold December night, memories of everything that has ever happenend in my life
It brings thoughts of why my family can't just spend one holiday together
