Butterfly Kisses
take me back to the time of
butterfly kisses
when life was simple
and i was kept safe
in your warm arms
you would tuck me in at night
with butterfly kisses
But now the world is cold,
and I am left alone,
longing for you.
My rock, my provider,
my confidante, my friend,
my giver of
butterfly kisses.
