But Disney Says
I want to be a princess from head to toe.
I watched Disney movies and learned everything I need to know.
Why should I be afraid of death?
Like Snow White, a man can kiss me and restore my health!
Why can’t I sneak out and have some fun?
Cinderella did it and got a prince and shoes when she was done!
Why should I speak my mind?
Ariel got the Prince from being a beautiful mime!
Why shouldn’t I wander the streets at night?
Belle did it and everything turned out right!
Why can’t I tell a white lie?
Jasmine did it and fell in love with the right wrong guy!
Why can’t I run away?
Mulan did it; she got a prince and saved the day.
Moral of my movie: a princess can do a lot.
But according to Disney, without a prince I cannot.
