The Story of Creation
In the beginning,
You were my heaven and my earth.
In the darkness,
You created in me, new life.
I heard Your gentle voice
And when You pressed Your
Smooth hand against me,
I leapt with joyous noise.
In the beginning,
You named me as Your own.
In the darkness,
You saw that I was good.
I hear Your cries of the womb
And am blinded by the light.
Now left cold, naked, and alone,
I suppose you ate the fruit.
