Running Dry
I beg you to understand
I know I have no right to be angry
I love you you love me
we are a happy family
but no
not
happy
I want to know what you did to make me feel like the darkest star in a universe of your creation
where you are the sun I want nothing more than to steal energy and light from
I victimize me
so I'm angry at me
you made me do that
so I'm angry at you
I'm selfish
so I'm angry at me
I'm helpless
so I'm angry at you
But you, sister, are supposed to be my life's blood when I have run dry
and my life's love when I can't provide any
you broke the unspoken, unwritten pact
that's crazy
so I'm angry at me
but its also real
so I'm angry at you
I love you you love me
but I'm shivering
and I think you have a sun you're hiding
