Better Than Points
The question,
“why do you play volleyball?”
has endless answers,
It's not about the points.
It's about the blocks
creating a barricade
from everything coming your way.
It's not about the points.
It's about the passes
struggling to get the one
for the opportunity to be successful.
It's not about the points.
It's about the kills
giving the feeling of power
and ability to win.
Why do I play volleyball?
I ask myself everyday.
Then I remind myself,
it’s better than points
