Oppressors

Aesthetic charisma
Fetching features
A ethereal damsel instantaneously metamorphose into a fiend

Counterfeit smiles
Clandestine whispers
Communal coercion
A faultless ingénue comes to be a victim

Melancholy engulfs her
Lacerations cover her
And her spunk ceases to exist

Within the core of the alma matter
She hovers from the lariat
For everyone to behold

They feign to be disquiet
Their weeping is a hoax
But furtively they all have been loitering for this day to transpire

I wrote this piece to bring awareness to bullying and suicidal youth.
