The American Dream
Something that is longed to be
And for me,
that is..
Laying on the beach
In Cali-
fornia.
Sand at my feet
The noise of the waves
Put me into a daze
As the sun rays are blazing
into a nice layer of tan
And Then i see this nice man
He’s picture perfect,
a musician, my dream
he plays every instrument
we have the same taste
I think he might be my soulmate.
Its all happening,
its all falling into play,
i thought this was impossible, just the other day.
This is it.
This is the American Dream
And i wouldnt want it any other way.
