Oh Lady Liberty,
Help us for we have been blinded.
Blinded by the changes we have made to our country,
Blinded by the differences from the past,
Blinded by the change of culture.

We are not the same America
That we once were
We are no longer the land of the free
But the land of the white,
The land of racism and prejudice
With even those of  high respect disgracing those of
Not perfect skin or ethnicity.

The American Dream is nonexistent now
Because we are not truly giving everyone
A fair try at their dreams.
Americans have all been blinded.
So therefore no one can truly see that dream,
We all say we strive for.
We can only live that dream again
Until EVERYONE has the chance to.

So Lady Liberty,
Please enlighten us,
The people,
to see once again.
To see the world as to how it's become
Show us all so we can learn
And once again experience the Land of the Free
And truly become
A United Country
