Call Me Nobody
Go ahead, tell me I'm nobody!
Do it, say it, shout it!
If you are going to whisper it,
Why don't you just shout it!
It makes no difference to me
If I am nobody,
Then I'd like to embrace it!
Be nobody to the fullest!
Even if no one, no one at all
No one in this whole world pays attention to me
At least I'll know why
Then again, as I am nobody,
I must perfect!
Everyday people go around
And what do they say?
Nobody's perfect!
So I must be perfect!
So they must know me!
Someone, someone somewhere
Someone in this whole world must pay attention to me!
So go ahead, I say,
Or rather, nobody says,
Tell me, tell the world,
Tell every single person you know
That I am nobody!

I was just thinking about how often times I'm ignored because I'm unpopular and people call me a nobody, and the I thought how if nobody's perfect then I might as well consider myself as perfect. Then it became my inspiration for this poem and how no matter what they say I can turn it into something positive.
