Can't you just let it go?

Can't you learn to learn to believe me?
For one day,
Push your pride aside and think.
For one day,
Grow past all those childish games.
For one day,
Accept the truth as it is.
For one day,
'I'm fine' only means 'I'm fine'.
For one day,
Look at the world as I would.
For one day,
Learn to put your faith in me.
For one day,
Like I'd do every day.
